I’m Aglaia de Bont, founder of VIP-Connect.
I established VIP-Connect in 2016, originally as a sales support agency. Before evolving into the consultancy it is today, my work was shaped by more than 30 years of experience in commercial, client-facing and service-driven environments.
Over time, one insight became increasingly clear to me:
