Personal Data We Process

VIP-Connect processes limited personal data — primarily your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide — because:

  • you contact us through a form or by email

  • you request information about our services

  • you book a consultation, QuickScan, or strategic session

  • you are a business client and communicate with us in the context of an assignment

We intentionally collect and process only the minimum required data needed to deliver our consultancy services.

Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data

VIP-Connect does not knowingly collect data about visitors under the age of 16.
We cannot verify age, so parental supervision is recommended.
If you believe we have collected data from a minor without permission, please contact info@vip-connect.nl and we will delete this data immediately.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

VIP-Connect processes personal data for the following purposes:

If you engage VIP-Connect for a QuickScan, consultancy project, strategic advisory, or retainer program, we process your data to deliver the agreed services.

We use anonymous analytical data to understand how visitors use our website (e.g., number of visitors, country of origin).
No advertising tracking, no profiling, no personal identifiers.

4. To Comply with Legal Obligations

VIP-Connect does not use your personal data for automated decision-making, profiling, or commercial tracking.

Automated Decision-Making

VIP-Connect does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that may significantly affect individuals.

Systems we use:

  • Email (standard business communication only)

We do not use automated marketing, behavioural analytics, or tracking cookies.

Data Retention Period

VIP-Connect retains personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Business administration & tax records: 7 years (required by law)

  • General email correspondence: max. 2 years unless needed for an ongoing assignment

  • Project-related communication: retained for the duration of the assignment + max. 1 year

  • Contact form submissions: deleted after 12 months unless they lead to a business relationship

We keep only what we must — nothing more.

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

VIP-Connect shares your data only when necessary and only with trusted parties, such as:

  • Accountants or fiscal authorities (legal obligations)

  • Technical providers that host our website or email

VIP-Connect does not sell, rent, or exchange personal data with third parties.

If providers store data outside the EU/EEA, they must comply with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

VIP-Connect uses only anonymous analytical cookies.
